They came out on time and worked quickly to find the problem, but the cost for a simple fix and part was pretty steep-it was worth the \$52.00 service charge to find the problem, but not the \$178.00 to replace a \$15.00 switch. Definitely shop around or educate yourself on troubleshooting!
Courteous but very very expensive! Definitely shop around because their labor costs are exorbitant.
