In May 2025, I went to a website to seek out for an apartment locator who could help me find apartments that were safe, pleasant, comfortable, and a reasonable distance from point A to B. I came to Prose South Main and met my leasing agent, Ms. Schlonda Wilson, after Ramon Mendoza, my apartment locator, showed me homes in my price range. I love my unit!!! I love the space, the updated inside & the lighting. It’s a very clean aesthetic. I found this apartment through my locator Smart City, they spoke highly of the community as soon as I toured I saw what the hype was about. Not to mention I love a personable staff, I enjoy talking to Alyssa throughout the community. I would like to see speed bumps in the community, however, I love it here so far.
Let me start off with the cleanliness of the grounds of the property. That’s what Initially got me when I first moved in months ago. Also my schedule being packed their amenities being open 24/7 helps a lot. I have been living here for 6 months and love it, when I call the office Alyssa helps me with any request I have then maintenance team handles very quickly- I applaud them for working on my request quick. I’ve lived here for around 2 years now from Austin and i love it. It feels like home and community, from the food trucks to the resident events. Alyssa has been helpful with any concerns I may have. Very welcoming property from staff to the residents. I’m glad all the gates work unlike some other communities. Renewing this upcoming December for the 3rd year.
