I ended up there by accident. It turned out to be the best "accident" that I've had in a long long time.. To make a long story short, they were still able to take me for the pedicures that I wanted. I'm in my '80s, very shaky on my feet and use an electric wheelchair. They were, not me, so concerned about my being able to go up to the level where the foot basins were located, that they moved everything down so that I wouldn't have to step up! Came here once for a signature gel mani/pedi, and the artist did an okay job. She had to redo my fingers because she forgot to turn the drying lamp on, and my cuticles were really dry and peeling afterwards. That said, it was clear she was exhausted (she was practically falling asleep during the service), so I decided to try again with a different artist. I went to Prose after getting a quick manicure by Prose at a local store in my neighborhood by Victoria. I do not ever get my nails done but I was happy to see the pop up. The manicure lasted well beyond 3 weeks with no chipping and vibrant color. I got a mani pedi at a shop after and I was easily able to compare the quality to the fast manicure Victoria gave me prior.
