Used to be a great company.
This review is for the ProOne Water Filter system. I sold our Berkey as it was too small for our family and we needed a larger one. I had heard many great things about ProOne so we purchased one of their larger systems. With having it less then 6 months the filter system takes 24 hours now to filter all the water, and I am not even sure it actually filters all of it. I have cleaned the filter. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I cancelled an order on 12/5/2025 and put in 4 tickets thru their AI customer service for a refund. Still no call or refund issued as of 12/16/2025. Don't waste you time with this company. It's the holiday season and they are holding my money hostage. Next step is to go thru my bank. You shouldn't have to dispute a charge that you cancelled 2 minutes after placing the order. Horrible, Horrible customer service.
I have been trying FOR MONTHS to get an adapter for a new Delta faucet from this company so I can continue to use my ProOne Water Filter. Customer service stinks...only an AI assistant will answer the phone and when I ask for a live person, I go around in circles. @EconomicNinga made this recommendation on his Youtube channel, I purchased based on this. I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.
Pro scape went above and Beyond my expectations, great value for the money well spent I do it again. I recommend them to anyone who needs any landscaping done.
