The most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. I called three times over the span of three weeks to get an estimate on hardscaping and landscaping. Today I spoke with a representative that yet told me again that it is on the manager’s desk. I asked , “Does it take 3 weeks to get a call back?” She replied, “Would you rather me have him to not call?” How can they stay in business this way. The reviews previous to mine were proven to be accurate. I would run far away from this company if I was you!
We had a wonderful experience with proscape. Aaron, one of the owners, was our contact person and came up with ideas for a problematic area. He was extremely patient and answered my many phone calls and questions. The job was done on a quick timeline. Brian was the lead and made sure everything was done precisely and to Aarons specifications. Jose and his crew were polite and made sure they cleaned up after they were completed with the job.
