I have known Dr. Dhillon for 13 years since Proscan first conducted a series of MRIs to help diagnose a benign tumor on my thoracic spinal cord. After successful surgery to remove the tumor, he has been conducting annual followup MRIs to track any possible recurrence - thankfully, none to date. Dr. Dhillon is obviously a very intelligent doctor, but also a very pleasant person who has always treated me with the upmost respect. I cannot recommend ProScan Imaging and Dr. Dhillon enough! After waiting several months in Canada just to secure an appointment for a referral, and facing another four months to have the MRI and receive a diagnosis, I decided to make the drive to ProScan in the U.S. It was the best decision I could have made. ProScan provided me with an appointment within days, and I finally have the answers I needed to seek the proper treatment. Absolutely amazing experience. Booked within one week. On day of appointment staff very kind and caring. Provided the disk to take at appointment and immediate meeting with Dr. Dhillon following to review results. A report was sent in less than 24 business hours. My original appointment in Canada was booked for 15 months after Dr. sent requisition. This was unacceptable. Koodos to Proscan Imaging!!!
Very easy to deal with. We got an appointment on short notice, they recommended a hotel across the street which gave us a discount for being Proscan customers, and everybody was friendly and helpful. We're from Canada, but I don't want to disparage our health care system the way other (conservative) Canadians are in the reviews. We came for one reason: we have money, so we could afford to not wait for a free MRI at home.
