The ladies in the reception area were kind and attentive to my situation. The MRI technician was the best. She explained everything that would be going on with the MRI (how long each test would take), always checking.on me to see if I was ok and always reassuring me. Even using the open MRI, there was still a of feeling of being closed in. There are not enough words to describe how 1wonderful she was.
