Very professional and excellent service as always.
Literally a minimum of 30 minutes on hold before a representative picks up. They automatically requested payment up front when it was approved for billing thru insurance company. Called supervisor twice she never returned message requests
My wait was about 5 minutes, everyone extremely nice and knowledgeable. Procedure was done quickly. Couldn't have been better.
