Clinically no problem, BUT I just received my first bill on April 20, 2022 and it was marked past due and then I received a collection notice on April 21, 2022 and I had just received my first bill on April 20. My credit score is a 735- I pay my bills. I will not go to someone who tries to make me feel like a deadbeat on the first billing- I think they need a customer service refresher
I recently had an MRI at ProScan Paul Brown Stadium, Dawn and her student, Savannah, were ultra effective in working with me and my wife as I fought the challenge of getting into the MRI and becoming relaxed so we could proceed with the scan. They know how to handle folks challenged to shed fears and understand the process, manage time during the event, and secure good images for the requesting doctors. Thanks Dawn and Savannah.
Easy to find . The office was clean. Deb was wonderful at the front desk.

I went there yesterday at 1:45 and was verbally assaulted by Michael Caneva a radiologist tech... put me into tears and the test was not done....I plan on going as far as I could to make him stop abusing patients.
I arrived early for my appt and was greated by friendly staff Deb at the front desk

Deb was very helpful in getting my MRI scheduled. Deb was very nice and very professional. Amanda was a great technician she was very informative with my MRI. Definitely would recommend ProScan to anyone looking to get an MRI done. Penny Zickafoose
Deb at the front desk greeted me warmly and with a smile. She was very efficient and kept me updated as to the process. Madison did my MRI and she was great and very helpful. I have trouble laying flat and she did her best to make me as comfortable as possible. Great experience.
