I will grant them the fact they were quite efficient doing my MRI. However, when I went back to get a CD of the scan, I was amazed at how rude both people were. They insisted no less than 6+ times that they had already given me a CD. No matter how many times I said they had not, they kept at it. With attitude, they did hand me a CD. Picktown - ProScan made a much-dreaded situation much better! My first MRI years ago was a terrible experience, and I was dreading this one. BUT the Pickerington ProScan office was all gems! I couldn't be happier with it. Lindsay in the office was most helpful with the paperwork, and Tanya & Serena made the whole experience more relaxing while still getting the job done.
