I arrived at the Carmel Pro scan facility. The two girls that work behind the desk were so lovely and friendly. I had an MRI of my pelvis and lumbar area . I had to be in the MRI unit for roughly an hour and a half. I had a lot of apprehension. Drake was the technician. He was absolutely so compassionate and caring. He recognized my anxiety and talked me through the whole procedure. I had to take a couple breaks during the procedure to regain my composure. I’ve had three MRIs in the past three weeks. The staff was wonderful and professional. The office and facility were very clean! Which is incredibly important during this pandemic. I would highly recommend ProScan to family and friends.

I went to the Fishers location. The staff worked to get my order from my doctor and to get me scheduled prior to leaving for a business trip. They showed great empathy for my situation. The facility is also clean and modern. I highly recommend!
