My wife had a scan performed for which we were required to pay upfront. Soon after found out, after the claim was processed by our insurance company, that we significantly overpaid. Trying to get a refund and they've all kinds of excuses as to why they can't do that quickly. Horrible! They certainly had no trouble taking our money but, to them, it's such a huge inconvenience to give back what's rightfully ours.
