Prosano is outstanding. The facility is super modern and clean, the staff is friendly, you can get in often on the same or next day (and you’re never rushed like with some other docs.) You’re assigned a care manager/benefits liaison to help schedule other appointments if needed, have an in-house lab and behavioral health specialist, and offer teledoc appts. Oh and no copay for office visits. So that’s cool. Highly recommended.
I woke up dealing with an allergic reaction on my face and was able to quickly make a teledoc appointment with Prosano Health Scottsdale with EASE! The hardest part was making sure my paperwork was filled out prior to the call since it was my very first visit. The hours you guys are open is the times I work and I’m a single mom, so how am I supposed to take care of my needs? I work every day 8 to 5. My sick days go to my child so I can’t even use my sick days. There’s no extended hours during the week and there’s no times you guys are open during the weekend and the only place I can go with my health insurance to get the cheapest rates is by go to this Prosano. I cannot say enough about this place ! Amazing ... Professional, easy to navigate, great care, Dr Hughes is so knowledgeable and attentive, she's the best Dr I've dealt with in a long time... If you need medical care and your health care allows Prosano, you'll love this place !!
I had my new patient appointment with Sadie Muller and she was exceptional. I felt that she really took the time to get to know me and my medical history. I also enjoy the mission that is Prosano which is to help change the way of how health care is provided. I also love how they are slowly expanding to more locations around the Valley.
