It's the worst Really I advise people to see what property management you'll be using when renting a place. And of its this company, don't rent the place out. They're finding every little thing to charge. They're painting the whole house and telling us it's our fault. That's just wear abd tear and it's the landlords duty.
They Lie To Retain Deposit.
Absolutely the WORST properly management company! Avoid at all costs. They do not at all care about the tenant and do not hold the landlord accountable at all. There were toxins in the backyard from standing water from damaged sprinklers that almost killed my puppy - who got into it before we knew what it was. Told the property management company and their response was to tell me to buy my own fencing to keep my dog out of the area. The ownership did approve a repair to the drainage issue from water overflow in the side yard - there was never any confirmation to support claims of toxic waste coming up from the ground. We are only able to complete repair requests as authorized by the ownership. We wish you and your family all the best.
My husband and I have lived here 2017 and 2019 respectively. We are finally moving into a 2 br. together. Serenthia has simply been a joy to deal with! I guess we are still at home!
Really nice property. One of the few places you actually get a live person evey time you call. Everyone is so helpful, especially *******************. She takes the time to help me or find the right person to help me!!!
Absolutely WORSE RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Sooo unprofessional! It has not even been 1 month into my lease and I've had so many issues. Did not get a complete tour of the property and ***************************** (resident services coordinator) blamed that on her "old knees". I loved the updated until and location if the property so I decided to move in anyway, HUGE MISTAKE! They are not professional at all i post on Facebook and google and evrywhere i have all evidence for how they are not professionals on there work and how they handle the problems
Not professional at all they charge me for some damage not on my **** and they charge me for bad smell and bad smell came from their rates there were full in homes i leave house before mey lease ending and renew everything and even paint and carpet and they charge me for painting!! Scam and when i try contact them and send them approval for what i have they are not responding and try to call and they hanging up on me and when i try to post photos and videos for the rat full home they are blocking me ! This resident was placed in collections for their account having a balance due and they are frustrated that we are no longer their point of contact for the account. They have repeatedly given us one star reviews on multiple platforms as of yesterday. They are stating there were rats in the home, but there are no work orders that were ever submitted to our office for a rodent issue.
