Very Happy They were on time, very polite and neat and did a great job. Also explained everything in detail. I was very happy with the service and have already recommended them to a friend.
Fast Response We own a busy animal care business and when we have had plumbing issues in the past it has always been so hard to get someone out fast. Well not with Pros Plumbing & Rooter. They were able to come out within the hour of when I placed the call. They showed up and were able to figure out what the problem was in minuets and fix it. The price was very reasonable and the service was just great. I would defiantly call these plumbers again. Plus they are local here in Palo Alto!

Good Family Plumber We had a home water line break at 4:30pm that forced us to shut off all household water & we were leaving the next day. We called a plumber & they were polite but the arrival time kept getting delayed. By 6:30pm we called Pros Plumbing. Michael was great on the phone, understood the urgency of our problem, and assured us he could have someone at our house by 7:00pm. Bill was at our place at 7:00pm.
