Excellent Service! Something you don’t always get anymore. I mistakenly ordered the wrong part but Daniel researched the part I needed to correct my mistake. Gladly took back the wrong part and is sending me the correct one. Daniel made the transaction very convenient for my needs. I will be using Pro Parts for my future needs
Desperately needed a hard to find drain valve for the washer at my hotel and Deric found it helped me through ordering it and had the part to me in under 24 hours. Part was an exactly fit and had the washer back up and running. Can’t have a washer down long in the hotel business so ProsParts came through for me in crunch time! Will be using them for all future parts!
They wouldn't respond to my parts return request. I emailed them 2 times with no response. I used to buy my parts here but not anymore.
