Do NOT use this company! Here are just the facts of our experience: 1) Bought a different kind of paint than they said they would – tried to hide it by peeling off the labels!!!! This is beyond unethical! 2) Replaced things and billed us without asking. We would come home and things were done that we did not want. 3) For construction work, we had to have work redone twice by them & finally we ended up paying someone else to do it right 4) Painted on days it was raining 5) Only painted one coat instead of two We literally eve... read more
A complete bathroom remodel and 50 years old roofing replacement. Amazing job. Very happy. Very quick to respond to my phone calls and texts. I would highly recommend Pros.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this company. Wow! What a terrible multi-year experience. The initial paint job was fine (whole house exterior). Within two years we had terrible peeling. Sander, the manager/owner(?) said it was the primer... I wonder if they should have been painting cedar shingles at all. I was told that they would fix it as soon as Benjamen Moore covered the cost of the labor and not the material only. Sander and his crew renovated and put an architecturally designed addition on my house. The price was reasonable and the crew always pleasant.
Pros Home Services was hired to do a reasonably straightforward, gut remodel of our 40 square foot bathroom. No plumbing was moved, but we asked to have a new window framed in. The experience could not have been worse. Professionalism grade? F. We agreed to a deal through Angies List (which provided all the terms) - they printed this out and then changed select words and terms to be in their favor when trying to get us to sign a contract.
