Every time I call the help desk, my problem is resolved quickly. The tech handled it well when I hadn't given them all the information they needed until various routes were unsuccessfully tried. Clearly my fault. They remained calm. :-)

Jon Morado replied quickly to the ticket I submitted for help with Excel. He made sure I had time for him to look at it, then ran a repair immediately once I was able to reply. It looks to have resolved the one issue. The other is spotty but I tested it anyway and so far, so good. Thanks Jon!!

Pros4Tech continues to deliver! Samantha & Billy teamed up on an issue involving our internet going down. Before I even had a ticket submitted there were already heading over to our office to assist! This team continues to amaze me. Thank you for all you do!

Braylon was great. He spent a lot of time trying to fix my computer issue and took the time to check back in with me later in the week to see if I was still having issues. I highly recommend Pros4Tech.
