Carson, the technician, did a great job of pulling out an old catridge whose shaft was broken and the shower faucet handle had come off. Most of the plumbers I had contacted told me that the catridge cannot be pulled out and the valve had to be replaced by cutting open the wall from behind. This is because the broken shaft made it very difficult to pull out the catridge. Even Carson could not do it after trying for over an hour. Had a shut off valve moved and another removed.Very professional and clean job of hiding new opening.discreetly....also cleaned up after his work was done. Definitely recommend.Thank you Tyler.

Carson was professional and very knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose and solve my problem quickly. I have used these guys now for 4+ times over last 5 years in 3 different homes. All work i wanted done or something changed out. Every time it's professional and great! The price is very reasonable as well!!! big plus
