Both of my parents recently purchased their CPAP machines here, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of our questions. The service was professional and attentive, and the prices were very reasonable compared to other places we looked at. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for CPAP equipment or support. Highly recommended!

Good customer service. They have the location in Kanata answering some phone calls for them and kanata told me they had a piece when I phoned this location and didn’t tell me they were answering from kanata and when I arrived here they were very nice and even took the time to get to the bottom of it even though it wasn’t their mistake.
I recently had the pleasure of working with ProResp to get a CPAP machine, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The CPAP machine itself is excellent.
