Good customer service. They have the location in Kanata answering some phone calls for them and kanata told me they had a piece when I phoned this location and didn’t tell me they were answering from kanata and when I arrived here they were very nice and even took the time to get to the bottom of it even though it wasn’t their mistake.
I recently had the pleasure of working with ProResp to get a CPAP machine, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The CPAP machine itself is excellent. Very poor service and the staff is rude.
Super helpful and pro-active; best prices for CPAP machines by far. Great customer service experience. Would definitely recommend.
