I arrived in Ottawa on a business trip late last night and realized I was missing a critical piece of my CPAP mask; the elbow that connects it to the hose. The following day I visited ProResp to see if they could help. Not only did they have the part I needed, they didn’t even charge me for it! I was truly impressed by their kindness and willingness to help a complete stranger who had never been a customer. Both of my parents recently purchased their CPAP machines here, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of our questions. The service was professional and attentive, and the prices were very reasonable compared to other places we looked at. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for CPAP equipment or support. Highly recommended!
