Alexa Elliott is very friendly, polite, & upbeat. She is also professional & very knowledgeable in her area of expertise. She is a superstar of ProRehab & they are blessed to have her. I have spent the better part of the last four months at the Jeffersonville, Indiana ProRehab location for shoulder rehabilitation. While the injury itself was not a pleasant experience, the team made the recovery process outstanding. Excellent care. I cannot say enough how wonderful this place is. All the physical therapists are great. Bailey, Kassie, Avery, Brandi, Lucy, Dakota, and the students are excellent. They push hard and motivate while still being considerate and understanding. The front desk staff, Kesha, are all wonderful as well. I have been to several (10+) different physical therapy places and ProRehab in Jeffersonville is by FAR the BEST!!! I definitely recommend this place!
After I tore my ACL And had a quad graph surgery to repair it, I worked with Kassie for several months during Rehab. She was amazing! Because of the support, and encouragement from her and the rest of the staff, I was able not only to get back to a “normal” I was given the tools to continue my recovery even after I was fully cleared and have been able to get back to doing all the active things I love!
