Nothing spectacular but does meet basic needs... I guess the plus for most people would be that it is a women's only gym. There are pretty good classes offered and a fair amount of machines. I felt like the money I paid was way beyond the amount of service received. There are routinely a number of employees hanging out at the front desk or in back offices. On weekends, you could walk in the front door on many occassions with no one checking IDs, etc. b/c they were socializing in other areas. Equipment would be marked as "ser... read more

very nice Excel Physical therapy is in the fairly new Bellevue Medical complex near Bellevue Family Practice which makes it very convenient. The physical therapist there was very kind and willing to work with me as I recovered from a broken wrist. She was very focused on me as I did the work, and since insurance covers this service, the price is sure right!
