We had a problem with our AC. The humidity level was rising and so was the temperature. We called ProQuest and Michele answered the phone. A blessing. Michele was knowledgeable about what may cause this issue. She instructed us to trip the breaker. We did and turned off the AC. We had errands to run and when we returned, the AC was not only running, but the humidity level was in check. BEWARE!! AC Maintenance technician did a good job with the air handler cleaning, and found issues with the compressor capacitor. Charge was only 40% vs recommended 45%. Suggested I replace it for a $208 charge. I thought this to be way overpriced but agreed to replace the capacitor. I paid the $210 maintenance fee and an additional $208 for replacing the capacitor. Absolutely horrible company!! 30 min vacuum of a line ( tech was on the phone in truck ) . 500 dollar invoice!!! They charge more an hour than an Orthopedic surgeon!! Do not use this company EVER !
