You should be ashamed of one of your employees and how they were driving on Cape Coral parkway this morning truck 136 was driving aggressively and very fast.
I have semiannual preventative maintenance done on my HVAC. When having an intermittent issues, with my 13-year old unit, I was prepared to buy a new system. Larry, the sales manager, actually talked me out of spending the money. He said: “if I were you…”. Larry could have sold me a unit but gave me the confidence to repair my existing system. Memorial weekend 2024, with a house full of guest, I awoke to a nonworking A/C at 6:30am. Called ProQuest 24/7 Emergency Line to request service. 7am, Tech Yocard returned call advising I was 4th on the list. He arrived shortly after noon and had me running in 15 minutes. I appreciate the great customer service! I appreciate the responsiveness of ProQuest.
