I had a terrific experience at PRO~PT Fresno West. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The facility was clean and I loved the music! My physical therapist, Marquez, was wonderful. Not only did he help me with my shoulder pain, which has significantly improved, he was a joy to be around. Very personable, friendly and kind. I highly recommend PRO~PT Fresno West.
Newly diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth, I have been greatly helped with balance, strength and mobility. Knowledgeable therapist, clear instructions, challenging within safety. Greatly reduced concern regarding falling.
I was evaluated very well with a lot of compassion and very well explained. My situation had goals in mind for me and found out other things that I needed to strengthening and overall, I feel very satisfaction with their total care and very educational assessment and overall excellent service.
Thank you PT Jocelyn, for always taking the time to assess any pain I may be having at the time of my PT session. Jocelyn put together an exercise routine that has made me stronger and pain-free. I now have the tools to continue my exercise and stretching routine at home thank you to Jocelyn and Pro PT staff.
