I had a horrible experience dealing with this immature, unprofessional company. They even went so far as to call me "an uneducated bootleg salesperson."
Currently working through a closing with a title company that used PropLogix to do a title/lien search and it seems that PropLogix didn't include a compliance letter from the county. The deal may fall through because the title company wants to deduct a lien from my proceeds of the sale. The lien occurred prior to me owning the property AND PropLogix didn't include the letter from the county stating that the Owner (me) is not responsible for the lien. Please, please stay away from this company!
Hands down the BEST customer service in the industry! Every interaction has been great! Quick response times with equally as quick resolution to any issue or request. Kindness and care shines through in every correspondence. I dont know what type of training program you all have in place, but it needs to be shared with the world. Thank you.
