Jason Farrow has a tough job balancing the needs of both tenants and property owners, and he does a great job at it. He’s fair, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about keeping everyone happy. Jason communicates well, follows through, and works hard to make sure properties are well taken care of while tenants have a great place to live. You can tell he puts real effort into doing things the right way, which makes him someone people can trust and appreciate working with.
Jason is hands down the absolute worst realtor/landlord to work with. He will not only verbally abuse/assault you he will also make false claims and lie to you. Then he will also try to charge you penny and dime for every possible thing he can. I would not recommend Jason Farrow to my worst enemy.
Always a pleasure to work with Jason. He has a calm, professional demeanor that instantly puts you at ease and makes doing business with him straightforward and stress free. He’s incredibly responsive and always reasonable truly a standout in his field.
Jason is an excellent property manager because he is kind, responsive, helpful, and caring. When we first signed on with Jason, some things in our home needed repair. We were amazed how quickly he was able to address them all and how diligent he was in finding us a great tenant. Our experience with Jason was nothing less than satisfactory.
Jason Farrow managed my property for a handful of years before beginning his own property management company. Always a pleasure to work with and did very well managing my property in Spokane Valley. Always quickly responded and went above and beyond when the minor issues arose!
