I would not recommend this management. They took over a house I lived in for 5 1/2 years. They didn't give me a deposit nor did a walk throu with me. Didn't even tell me they did one. Didn't care if they got the keys back to the property. They never have me my deposit from the property. Then, I put a down payment on another house is wasn't ready to move in they kept my deposit after waiting for almost 2months. My family and I are homeless.
PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Staff is unprofessional and no one answers your calls. I will be seeking a lawyer soon to help me get my money back and find a new place. I have been waiting on them to fix TWO DOORS and PLUMBING issues since I've moved in mid-March. It's almost mid-April. They do not properties do not pass inspections. Why should I make an appointment with the inspector for YOUR property. Is it even legal for me to BE here? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, OR MONEY!!!!
Still waiting on someone to contact me back!!! I have left messages with the message lady yall have, I have texted the text only number, still nothing. I have had maintenance requests out for weeks and the guys never came back like they said they would to fix anything!!! This management company is Everything wrong with renting. They're scrupulous company in my opinion. Ex I've lived in a building without light in the hallway for almost a yr. Pests of all kind I currently room mate with a rat who drags my thing behind my fridge. I had trouble with leaking in floods in both the bathroom and kitchen. Outlets go out leaving me with one in my a room. No mailboxes until recently n I haven't been offered a key.
