Based on our horrible experience, I recommend that all cabin owners and guests AVOID the companies “Property Sense” and “Oak & Pine”, sister companies located in Sevierville. When we signed up with them 18 months ago, no one we couId find had ever heard of them. They seemed to be an upstart. They have some very shady business practices that have us talking to our attorney this week. PropertySense is truly remarkable at being terrible. My cabin was completely mismanaged by them. My cabin was gorgeous before they took over. After they took over I noticed bad reviews on Airbnb coming in so I came to visit to investigate. I arrived to find a 9 ft piece of scrap metal on my cabin's front porch, everything in disarray, and the results of a deep cleaning that didn't even look like the quality I'd expect from a regular cleaning done by an 8 year old child.
