I agree with the other reviews. We had a horrible experience with this company. The property was appraised at $150k less than the current sale listing in the same building.The property is a 3/2, 1800 sf per the ************************ We were down graded to a 2/2, 1500 SF by the PropertyRate Appraiser.One comp was 700+ sf smaller. None of the comps had a boat dock, 2 garage spaces or wide water views of the Lagoon.The other comps used by the appraiser were just as mind boggling! Ex: Ocean front, gated community. Wow, looks like everyone else feels the same way I do about this company. This company does a great job taking money from you but that's about it. I was charged $650.00 for the inspection appraisal fee. I thought that would be it but nope. They wanted a repair made to the property which was done. They then decided to charge me an additional $175.00 just to confirm that the repair was made. What a joke. This company did a poor job of managing the appraisal process. They arranged for a company to conduct the appraisal and gave me their information on two different occasions. The appraiser who contacted me was different than originally assigned. He was a failure as an appraiser and a person, and has cost me $$ plus lost me my lender due to his ineptness.

I would give them "no stars," but since I had to, one star will work. We offered 6 comps within the area within 1 month of sale and they gave me no consideration. We only wanted a $29,000 increase. Nothing! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
First they said they dont charge until the appraisal is done! Lies they wouldnt schedule the appraisal till they had my card number! They second I gave it to them they charged me $575 Appraiser arrived late, was rude. Then appraised my house with a new roof, new windows, new furnace, water heater, appliances, flooring and paint. I don't know where they find their appraisers at, but I have a 4 bedroom 2 full bath and a two and a half car garage it should appraise out for ******* he appraised it at 2:25 as a three bedroom one bath two car garage home I think their appraisers are bad
This company is a total waste of time and money. I paid for their services because they were "faster" than the original company I was working with. They charged me 250 more than the other company and took almost a month without any results. I paid on October 5th and they still haven't submitted the appraisal to my mortgage company. Don't waste your time or money with these clowns.
I paid good money for an good appraiser to to come to my home for a refinance. I want my money back. I have 7 acres. a nice 3 bedroom house sitting among 500 year old oak trees. It is beautiful. Also There is a large machine shed for tractors and equipment. There is a large workshop with paint room and a garage for 2 cars with new doors in 2 021.. we live in a rural area near ****** **. where land is selling for as much as $15000 an acre. we Have a new septic system approved by county inspectors that cost $9000 in 2019.
