Not happy at all with this company. Used comps from another city to aid in the appraisal. Just 1 year ago the condo below a 2 bedroom 1 bath sold for $610K our 2 bedroom 2 bath appraised for $570K. When trying to call and email no one got back with me. Super disappointed with these guys. Once again read reviews before using someone.
Very impressed with the property reports we received even before our inspection had taken place. It offered confidence we would get the value we needed. They were quick to get the appraiser out to our property and the property owner was pleased with the experience as well. Thank you for making it a seamless transaction!
