Nicole Genberg gave us one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences we've encountered while searching for a home. Looking back, there were red flags from the very beginning. We submitted a same-day showing request through Zillow, and Nicole accepted the lead knowing exactly what it was—a same-day showing request. Our experience with this brokerage was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. We requested a showing through Zillow and were connected with one of their agents. We drove over 1½ hours to see the property and arranged childcare, only to have our time completely wasted. Communication was poor throughout the process. My husband and I want to Thank Nicole Genberg for her professionalism and her work ethic. Nicole listed our home on a Saturday, and we were signing an offer three days later. Although the house sold quickly, the 2 months following were filled with questions, water and septic tests and results, and communications with lawyers.
