This company is a scam...if mark fry is smart... he’ll stay hidden under his rock... so this company does this scam from state to state... they started In FL... ppl in md/va/dc got hip... so they changed their name... act like they were bought out... mark fry should be arrested.
Mark and his staff hired us to do work at three different properties. Unfortunately after many promises and run arounds we still have not been paid. I reached out to one of the property owners and he told me he has already paid them so he wouldn't pay me too. So off to court to sue both to collect my money. I have been in business 16 years and never had a company be so blatant in their lies and deception. If you are a contractor I wouldn't do work for them. STAY AWAY - these people are beyond incompetent and will screw you out of money.
I have had a property managed by Property Managemt Pros (PMP) for 3 years. My experience with the team has been professional and all around outstanding. My calls and emails to Mr. Fry were returned promptly. I had no issues with my tenant they paid on time and took good care of my home. This has been a great experience. I highly recommend PMPs if you’re interested in renting a property.
I would rate them a zero if possible. The worst property management experience I have ever had. Never return phone calls or respond to voicemail. Pathetic excuse for a business.
