They said they would send someone out to fix the house but they never did it's been months. The house I live in is falling a part the laundry machines stoped working and so did the heating system. We pay almost 3k for the house and we can't even wash our own clothes here.
I had the worst experience with them. The lack of communication is the biggest problem. On the first day, I was notified that they are not "too picky", as long as there is normal wear and tear, it is fine. However, after few hours I found out that the bedroom is infested with spider crickets. I requested a pest control, and it was fine. Then I hardly ever had to contact them and things seem to be alright. They are the worst property management we have ever worked with. Lack of information, lack of communication, and slow in responding to any maintenance. We were informed of many adds-on after the move in. The realtor was unprofessional, only calls when she wanted something and ignoring our requests. Then, she called that my communication will be with her manager and for a month now, I haven't heard from any of them. I do not recommend working with them at all, you better try to rent the place from an owner.
Do not use Northern Virginia Property Management Pros (PMP) for your rental property or rent from them. They are ripping the tenants and the owners. I will go into my experience with them as a renter for 4 years at a Chantilly townhome. Areas where PMP was making money off the renter are as follows: • The owner was responsible for the HOA fee. I really wish I could give this company 0 stars. I've attempted to put in my 60 day notice for the last 3 months. No one responds to e-mails or answers calls. I've been through 3 different people in the 3 years i've been renting this property but they are quick to spike your rent up. Ive had a broken dryer and fireplace in this home since i've moved in and they've done diddly squat to fix it. STAY AWAY
