I have tried multiple times to book an apartment showing online. First it was rescheduled to a time that I couldn’t do because I work. I suggested another time I was available and never got a response. I tried booking again and it was cancelled because the boilers aren’t working? I don’t need the boilers to work to see an apartment! Take the property off your showing list until things are fixed and re-list when you are able to show.

Wow. Horrible company. Refuses to maintain properties with multiple requests for exterminator, and zero communication or customer service. Everyone working for this company should be ashamed of the way they treat the tenants.

I wish it was possible for me to leave less than a one star review. I recently ended a leasing agreement with Cleveland Property Management Pros and have been waiting until I received my security deposit back to post a review of my experiences. This company is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with renting. Nonexistent customer service, no one returns calls, emails, or texts. This company bought out and took over a local company in Pittsburgh and still hasn't given us ANY information after several months of taking over our lease. Ben Clark ignores calls and texts from both us (tenants) and our landlord for many weeks.
