These realtors are probably some of the most money hungry group out there. Between Marlene Anderson and Dana Cufflin and Linda Baez They gave the worst customer service. Stay clear of the company they will try and grab money wherever and whenever possible. If you are even able to find this comment it would be crazy considering how well they try to bury these bad reviews. Included is just a taste of what you would have to deal with when leasing with this company.
Awful company. Do not rent from these people. Dana cufflin is not a nice lady. They want your money, they will try and charge you for anything and everything they can even if it was clearly marked down on the move in inspection. Just stay away
Don’t be fooled by the staff comments giving themselves 5 stars.. this company is the worst of the worst. They do not screen their homeowners therefore if Bob and Sally want to fight and take the place back, get ready to be thrown on the street! I highly advised you to stay clear, especially from Dana Cuffin she is the most unprofessional individual I’ve ever dealt with. Never returns calls only if/when they benefit her pockets. Bad bad company!!!
These people are not on the owner's side. They are thieves that will over charge you every chance they get. Refuses to show you what they spend your money on.
They staff is very professional and responsive. They go above and beyond. I feel very supported and cared for. When ever I have a question or a repair needed I get a fast response and the person is very helpful. If I ever move I want to stay at a property manage by them.
