OnPoint acquired Maryland Property Management Pros towards the end of 2019. I had a really bad relationship with my property management team (Julius Dixon & Mark Fry). I actually left a good review when I moved in as I only had minor problems.... but that changed very quickly. They charged me around $12 a month for an air filter that I NEVER received for the entire year. Then when the propriety owner called them out and it happened to another one of his tenants they refused to refund it. They stated I never paid for it. The customer service we received could not have been worse. We had a scheduled viewing of a property and the agent cancelled on us the day before and asked us to reschedule. We left text messages and voicemails asking to reschedule and not one time did they return our call. After a week, my wife gets a message to say they had rented the property we wanted to look at.
