Truly a terrible company to deal with as a landlord, bordering on fraud and negligence. Do not give your house to them - you will regret it. Zero service, no responsiveness, and pure negligence. I have lost tens of thousand of dollars from using them, as they ignored even the most basic things, such as marketing your house when a tenant plans to move out (mine sat empty for 3 months because they never bothered). Use a real company and avoid Joe and this fraud company.

The only positive thing I can say about this company is that Jason was the only helpful person in the whole company, and that we at least got back our security deposit After 1 year managing our property, when we returned the house was a disgrace. Having to pay out of pocket for trash just thrown in the front yard to be removed ($200), the unkept yard and destroyed patch of grass ($400), not to mention the countless holes and gashes in multiple walls or the hole burnt into our back deck that all need to be repaired. The staff is very pleasant. Jeff responds quick either by email, text or phone call.He keeps us informed They are good until you get into the place. It has been horrible. Jason does not get back with you when you call. You have to call several times. He has great customer care skills until you move into the house. He is very rude. Talks to you like he is doing you a favor or you are not paying your money. Upon our move out there was small damage to the wall.
