TRY CALLING AND SEE IF ANYONE ANSWERS OR IF YOU CAN GET A DIRECTORY!!!!!!I have had to take to posting on social media to get this company to give me a call back to help with a software glitch that is crippling our business as rents are coming out of clients bank accounts but not being posted. Our client care team has been working non stop but since our migration into the cloud we have been backed up and our support times have been much longer than usual. We are working internally to correct this ASAP, as well as hiring two additional client care members. Our goal is to provide excellent customer support in a timely manner moving forward. Love the program and the support staff! I don't write reviews very often, but this software has been life changing for me and my staff! I recommend it, especially if you utilize Quickbooks for your accounting.
