They told us the tenant insisted the inside of our house gets painted before they move in all bedrooms kitchen bathrooms and laundry room and all baseboards. I was told the work would not cost more the $500 because they were owed a favor from the painter they go through. My husband and I decided to rent our home out. Since it was our first time we thought we would be safe and go through a property management company. It took several months for them to find tenants and when we talked about getting out of contract with them to find our own tenants they magically found some.
