AM CURRENTLY RESIDING IN SOLANA BEACH SANDPIPER APARTMENTS WHERE WE HAVE HAD 12 "MANAGERS" SINCE FEBRUARY. THEY HAVE PUT MYSELF AND OTHER RESIDENTS THROUGH HELL. EVERYTHING I HAVE JUST READ ON 3 DIFFERENT ONLINE REVIEW SITES (WHICH WERE 100% NEGATIVE COMMENTS) IS TRUE AND MORE. TO WRITE THIS INFORMATION DOWN HERE WOULD TAKE A VERY LONG TIME.
