Worst experience at a CAD or tax office ever. They try to stonewall you every step of the way for daring to file homestead exemption on prior years. I’m a retired accountant have been in that office 5 times so far on the same year. They will only tell you ONE thing that’s wrong, not all. Their strategy is for you to miss the deadline. No proactivity, not friendly, incompetent & just RUDE.
