If you call the front desk you will definitely be yelled at by a grouchy lady. This company acts so resentful anytime they have to do the most basic business with people. Expect to drag them kicking and screaming through each step of the process. My lease is supposed to start in a week and they are still impossible to get ahold of. Don't expect communication.
10/10 absolutely would not recommend at all about a month ago my sister and her roommate got into a fight and decided they wanted to end their lease agreement and split but rather then splitting the bill between both party's they told her that she would have to pay the full amount by herself an that if she had called about the situation again they would take her to court. Do not recommend at all . Im current tenet with property sure . We live out of one their Bloomington rentals. When we first started our rental process everything was great they understood our situation as we were desperately trying to to find a place and get out of a bad situation but it so only went down hill from there first the lady didn't even show up to give us the key when we moved in which understand things happen she was able to give code to door but than soon found out no heat or air in bedrooms basically got told w... read more
