I WOULDNT RECOMMEND RENTING OFF PROPERTY SURE! Horrible experience. Kitchen cabinets were never finished and we had sewage coming up from the whole apartment complex in our bathroom causing us to lose lots of things. They claim they have a 24 hr maintenance. Below is pictures of my horrific time renting from Property Sure. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
My Grandpa is in an upstairs apartment. I fell through the landing and can’t even get a hold of anyone for maintenance. The property is overgrown and the gutter system is nonexistent.
Property upkeep is a joke, 3/5 renters just dump garbage wherever, and good luck getting service repairs. Customer service is rude, untimely and seems like they just flat out do not care.
