I wish if I could give Kelly and her so called management zero stars. Kelly is the rudest person and landlady I have ever seen. She would do everything with her power to take your money. If you are international student, please be very careful from this management. I suffered a lot during my staying and after I moved out. She didn't return back my rental deposit.
