My husband made a snap decision when we visited Wake Forest in December and that decision was a winner. Melissa Pyatak and other team members at Property Specific were very helpful. Property Specific took multiple applications on a rental unit we looked at and were approved for then "chose" who they wanted, of course keeping the deposits we made. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointed with this week long application process and the fact that the unit is still being listed on Redfin. Are they still accepting applications and scamming people out of their application fees?

My husband and I worked with Lori and Jessica to buy our home! I can’t recommend them enough because they were really patient with us, we never felt pressured to choose a house that we saw, and they were really responsive as well.
