I would highly recommend Property Specialist Inc, and Regi and his team. They were all very courteous, timely, understanding of various life moves and logistics, and very reasonable in pricing with their services. I have worked with a handful of property mangers and so far, Regi and his team are at the top of my list. Also, and very importantly, they are very knowledgeable about the DMV. Their vetting and counsel on applicants was also exceptional.

I'm writing this review from the tenant perspective - Property Specialists is really a great company. I've had my fair share of bad experiences with landlords in the past, but Property Specialists proves you can do it the right way. They're always easy to work with and respond to maintenance requests extremely quickly. At my last apartment (a high-rise run by one of the big companies), it took 3 months of followups and actual mold before they'd fix a leaking appliance. I rented a property through Property Specialists and it is clear that the property manager, Davante, did not inspect the condition of the property prior to turning the unit over to me. Property Specialists is the clear example of what customer care should be. Always very responsive, Regi treated our every call with care, urgency and courtesy. He keeps a very effective roster of contractors who cover any maintenance issue in a timely manner.
