I'm writing this review from the tenant perspective - Property Specialists is really a great company. I've had my fair share of bad experiences with landlords in the past, but Property Specialists proves you can do it the right way. They're always easy to work with and respond to maintenance requests extremely quickly. I rented a property through Property Specialists and it is clear that the property manager, Davante, did not inspect the condition of the property prior to turning the unit over to me. Always very responsive, Regi treated our every call with care, urgency and courtesy. He keeps a very effective roster of contractors who cover any maintenance issue in a timely manner.
