The property management company is a complete joke! Worthless! They could care less about the HOA's they "manage". You can never get a hold of the people you need to talk to and don't expect a call back.
This company is at the bottom of the food chain. The property manager Denny is horrible. She does not return emails or phone calls. They do not do what they are supposed to do as a management company. They have allowed our tenants to become thousands of dollars behind and refuse to do anything about it. They do not check behind contractor work, make bad referrals and do not charge late fees like they are supposed to. They have constant turn over of staff and never have any people of color employed. I highly recommend using Property Source to manage your rental properties. We've been with them for over 3 years and haven't had a single problem. The office have very friendly ladies that are very understanding.
This company is horrible to work with. We had a tenant that didn't pay for 2 months after the first month we told them to evict them. It took 2 months before the tenant left, because property source wanted to make sure the tenant had some place to move 1st. We lost out on 2 months of rent due to this. When you are renting to the tenants that don't have the best of credit history and other obstacles that impoverished communities encounter, you must learn to deal with people of ALL walks of life.
