I just moved into an apartment and had a problem as soon as I plugged up my microwave. I sent a text to Property Solutions and someone came in about 15 minutes. He replaced the outlet. That’s awesome timing! Fast and friendly service too!
I would not recommend a property managed by this company to my worst enemy. Their leases include a mold addendum, preventing tenants from holding them responsible for medical issues caused by the presence of mold in the home- this should’ve been my first sign to stay away. I paid my lease in full, over $13k. They took my money and all but disappeared for the first year. Clearly clearly do not care about their tenants. Moved into a place that has several very obvious things wrong with it day one, as in just simply a working shower, not clean, food left in the house. These people are disgusting. They also MAKE you sign up for a whole bunch of SPAM for an extra monthly fee to no benefit at all to you (in response to her response no benefit to you at all!) mandatory sign up you cannot opt out. The staff help me is some paperwork I did not understand they also got me into the place that I desired to rent and have worked with me since I have moved in and if there's an issue they are quick to fix it I will be renting through them again
I was denied a place to live because of my background and I’ve been in recovery for over a year now working to get better but now I cannot find a place because of my background I don’t know what I’m gonna do people do deserve second chances
