I would not recommend a property managed by this company to my worst enemy. Their leases include a mold addendum, preventing tenants from holding them responsible for medical issues caused by the presence of mold in the home- this should’ve been my first sign to stay away. I paid my lease in full, over $13k. They took my money and all but disappeared for the first year. The staff help me is some paperwork I did not understand they also got me into the place that I desired to rent and have worked with me since I have moved in and if there's an issue they are quick to fix it I will be renting through them again
I was denied a place to live because of my background and I’ve been in recovery for over a year now working to get better but now I cannot find a place because of my background I don’t know what I’m gonna do people do deserve second chances
They charge too high for the poor condition of their properties, raise rent every yet, tack on fees for renters' and pet insurance, and show up without notification which is against state law.
I JUST RENEWED MY LEASE WITH PROPERTY SOLUTIONS. GREAT MANAGMENT GREAT MAINTENANCE CREW. THEY HELP SOLVE ANYTHING THAT MAY COME UP. IM BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND THEM
