Lived with property Solutions for over 3 years (more due to lack of availability of other option in the tahlequah area.) I would highly not recommend them. Especially to college students, and the family’s. They over charge horribly on rent for the barely live-able “remodels” they do. They’ll raise your rent every time you resign (without any reason.) and your neighbors are more than likely on drugs/alcoholic screaming at 2/3am and they’ll do nothing about it. My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and we would never recommend the property to our worst enemy these are slum landlords and I have videos and pictures to prove it if I can figure out how to post them we will never be back to Tahlequah or through these properties again... Crime drugs and pest control is absolutely terrible.
The gal at the front desk was sweet and helpful.
