Clearly clearly do not care about their tenants. Moved into a place that has several very obvious things wrong with it, as in just simply a working shower, about not clean. These people are disgusting. They also MAKE you sign up for a whole bunch of SPAM for an extra monthly fee to no benefit at all to you. Use a different company!!!! These are out for the money that's it. And don't bother asking what all they are signing you up for because they don't know either.
The staff help me is some paperwork I did not understand they also got me into the place that I desired to rent and have worked with me since I have moved in and if there's an issue they are quick to fix it I will be renting through them again
I was denied a place to live because of my background and I’ve been in recovery for over a year now working to get better but now I cannot find a place because of my background I don’t know what I’m gonna do people do deserve second chances
They charge too high for the poor condition of their properties, raise rent every yet, tack on fees for renters' and pet insurance, and show up without notification which is against state law.
I JUST RENEWED MY LEASE WITH PROPERTY SOLUTIONS. GREAT MANAGMENT GREAT MAINTENANCE CREW. THEY HELP SOLVE ANYTHING THAT MAY COME UP. IM BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND THEM
