I just moved into an apartment and had a problem as soon as I plugged up my microwave. I sent a text to Property Solutions and someone came in about 15 minutes. He replaced the outlet. That’s awesome timing! Fast and friendly service too!
I would not recommend a property managed by this company to my worst enemy. Their leases include a mold addendum, preventing tenants from holding them responsible for medical issues caused by the presence of mold in the home- this should’ve been my first sign to stay away. I paid my lease in full, over $13k. They took my money and all but disappeared for the first year. Ive rented a home under Property Solutions Management for going on 3 years now and i have to say they're very responsive and quickly address any issue I may have, most issues are fixed same day. They're also very respectful of your space and always give a courtesy if they need to come in for any reason.
Clearly clearly do not care about their tenants. Moved into a place that has several very obvious things wrong with it day one, as in just simply a working shower, not clean, food left in the house. These people are disgusting. They also MAKE you sign up for a whole bunch of SPAM for an extra monthly fee to no benefit at all to you (in response to her response no benefit to you at all!) mandatory sign up you cannot opt out.
