They allowed some sort of family or friends to live in one of their houses. The people living there left their dogs in the poorly fenced front yard and they got out and almost killed my other neighbors cat that was on it own porch. $10,000 later my neighbor is feeding their cat out of a syringe multiple times a day for the next few months.
