Management company shorted me rental deposits as landlord & held collected rent for wks before releasing to me. When I terminated their service for many accounting issues Fran Williams (owner) tried to make me pay a cancellation fee...Ummm NO you have been fired for shorting me money!! Fran Williams then held tenant deposits because I fired her. Stay away from Property Showcase Property Rentals Deland!!
The way they treated my fiance was horrible. They basically threw him out on the street. He is a decorated veteran and was treated like a piece of garbage. These people should not be able to exist. If he had more money he would have taken them to court. Spread this around, they should never under any circumstances be allowed to rent houses if they treat people especially our veterans in this way.
