Shady tactics used by the property managers (Amber Humphries is in charge) to penny punch from your bond, regardless of the state the property is left in. Poor communication throughout the tenancy. Unable to reach by phone and rarely by email. The Property Shop are owner focused as this is where their revenue comes from. It's evident they have no respect for tenants. I'd steer clear from the Property Shop.
