The entire time while showing houses, the realtor was very negative and always had something to say rude about the home. We ignored it, as we were excited and saw the potential in the homes we looked at. The seller accepted our offer and the home buying process began. We were able to get a VA loan, however, it was a very long process. The bank and loan processors were very kind and amazing to work with. I cannot say the same for the realtor. Well I’ll start off by saying everything that I was told was a lie. I bought a piece of property from Karen Shreve’s and was lied to from the start. I bought a piece of property in Glenville for hunting and I was told it was not like most WV land - it was not steep it was right off of blacktop nice little cabin that was in good shape painted a great picture to me.
